Q: Is Track U available to all profiles in Track?

A: It is! We also have a Vendor Timekeeper Learning plan available for Vendor Timekeepers. While courses are currently available for all clients.

Q: Is there an advanced placement course to see what users need to learn or where they are before they start?

A: Not at this time; however, this is a great idea for a future enhancement!

Q: Can the Track Coordinator monitor progress of Vendor Timekeepers and Authorizers?

A: Absolutely! Have the coordinator email TrackUReg@mccorp.com to set-up!

Q: Can a super admin assign only certain courses to users?

A: A power user can assign courses to others on their team; however, they cannot view or edit other user's information.

Q: Do we have the capability to enable online chat while taking a course.

A: Not at this time. There is the capability to build this in; however, we are leveraging the comments capability at this time. There is an online chat capability currently provided to our customers via our Customer Success System (CSS) / MCi Help Desk.

Q: Does "Branch Name" allow different customers to customize the learning experience?

A: No, please select the TRACK University branch name when you sign up. If you would like customized content, please reach out the Valetta at TrackUReg@mccorp to discuss the specific content your organization would need. 

Q: Is this only available for Track Cloud?

A: Yes, TRACK University is only able via the cloud instance. For on-premise customers, we will be able to have your Account Manager speak with you and your Track leadership on the use of Track University.

Q: If we wanted a user trained before they get access to track, how would we get them into Track U?

A: Entry to Track University usually happens through admission to the Track Software Application; however, alternative access will be considered based on organizational needs. Please contact your MCi Account Manager or Valetta at TrackUReg@mccorp.com.

Q: Where will this video be available to watch again if I need to?

A: We will be sending out the recording of this presentation to all individuals that signed-up for the course. If you'd like to view the recording please reach out via email to TrackUReg@mccorp.com. 

Q: Can I have a more in-depth demo later?

A: Absolutely, contact TrackUReg@mccorp.com to schedule a deeper demonstration.

Q: Can other contractors see our progress in Track U and see achievements. Possibly for future employment?

A: We are working to see if we can have the badge that you achieve during your learning to place on Linked In or other resources. If you become certified, you will also get a certificate that can be saved for your dissemination. That said, for your privacy, other users cannot see your achievements outside of the leader board function within Track University.

Q: Is there a fee for Track U?

A: All customers in the cloud will have free access into TRACK University. Each company will have a number of licenses that they can use for eLearning. If more licenses are needed, then there will be a small charge for each additional license. If you are not a current customer of MCi, then there is an opportunity to purchase individual access to TRACK University. Please contact TrackUReg@mccorp.com for more details. 

Q: When did you add the Track U tab function in the Track login page for the users?

A: This was added as part of the April 2020 Release for cloud customers.

Q: I've already had vendors interested and asking about TrackU - are they ok to start using this as of now?

A: Absolutely! They can click that Track U logo inside of Track and sign-up using the "Track University" branch.

Q: Is there functionality to see what our vendors have participated in?

A: A Power User, like a Track Coordinator, can assign courses to others on their team, including vendors; however, the Track Coordinator cannot view or edit other user's information.

Q: Are the QRGs/Videos locked for particular companies based on the functions they utilize?

A: We want users to be aware of the capabilities within Track; however, we can create customized content. If you would like customized content, please reach out to the Valetta at TrackUReg@mccorp.com to discuss the specific content your organization would need.

Q: How long will it take to do all courses currently available?

A: This is really up to the learner. If you apply an average of 5 minutes over 100 courses, that would be 500 minutes. The learner may not need to complete all the courses. Also, remember that new courses are added weekly!

Q: Are there limitations that can be put on user profiles? For example we would not want our vendor timekeepers to know how to void a timesheet?

A: We can put limitations on what users can see in Track U. Just contact TrackUReg@mccorp.com.

Q: The Track Coordinator learning plan is they pre-designed by MCI or are is that when Track coordinators will have access to start learning plans themselves in Track U?

A: The Track University Learning Plan for the Track Coordinator includes all of the Track Application functionality training for the Coordinator; however, a learner could enroll in the courses specific to their job responsibilities. The other option an organization has is to consider a customized training program that would allow us to co-brand with your company, and build training that would align with your processes, procedure, and software application language. Q: Is there a way to get a notification if you send a vendor course and they haven't opened them after 1 month has elapsed?

A: Absolutely! Just contact TrackUReg@mccorp.com to align on the details.

Q: If we are unable to see the vendor uptake, are they able to share their results?

A: There are a few ways for the vendor to provide this information. Either by showing a completed certificate or by providing a screen print of the completed courses.

Q: What is the expiry date?

A: Courses themselves do not have an expiry date; however, certificate do expire if continuing education credits are not met.
