Dear Valued Partners,
All of us from MCi wish that you and your families are well & safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. We are here to support you in any way we can.
To show our support and continued dedication to our partners, we have enabled our Stay on TRACK: Remote Implementation & Training strategy in response to COVID-19. We have already been utilizing this strategy during the pandemic with our clients and have proven the ability to perform all aspects of delivering remote TRACK Implementation’s and training support to all users remotely. Our Consulting experts are here to deliver high-quality implementations, training, documentation, and support to our Client’s TRACK users no matter their location.
Stay on TRACK focuses on creating best practices and remote project plans for TRACK implementations. Specific implementation plans were developed for following project milestones:
- Business Requirements Workshop
- Project Kickoff Week
- Training & Hypercare
Business Requirements Workshop
The Business Requirements Workshop (BRW) occurs before the project kickoff in order to introduce TRACK at a granular level to key stakeholders and ensure a consistent level of understanding. During the workshop, the client makes key implementation decisions, determines business requirements and plans for change management. The BRW drives all future activities and directly impacts the quality of the upcoming implementation.
Project Kickoff Week
The Project Kickoff is the first week of the implementation. During the Project Kickoff, the MCi and Client implementation teams present an overview of the current state, the TRACK solution, project timeline, and deliverables to site leadership. Current business processes are reviewed with key stakeholders and decisions are made to define the TRACK to-be process, roles and responsibilities. Project Kickoff activities are conducted in several focused video conference calls over the course of a week and attended by the Client project team and key stakeholders to match the meeting topic.
Training & Hypercare
TRACK training occurs the week before Go Live for Vendor Timekeepers and Client Authorizers. Go Live support and follow-up training will occur during the TRACK Hypercare phase post-Go Live. MCi provides individualized and focused training sessions directly with Client Vendors and Authorizers to ensure they gain a complete understanding of the TRACK software. Individualized support and follow-up training will continue with TRACK users through the Hypercare phase of the project.
